"Placed an order on the 23rd..."
I placed an order on Tuesday, August 23rd. It was supposed to arrive by Saturday, August 27th, but nothing showed up. After sending 6 emails and making 7 phone calls, I can't get anyone to pick up or respond to my messages. Seriously, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Their phone line is always silent; they’re a total scam. I want my money back because they clearly didn’t send anything my way. They are just THIEVES.

I sent back my item on February 24th and was told it could take as long as 12 days for the money to show up in my account. I've reached out via email, but so far, no refund and no responses. I ain't thinking about shopping with this company again.

"Still waiting on my order for more than 2..."
It's been over 2 months since I placed my order, and I still haven't gotten it. I reached out to SDTEK via email, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. It's super frustrating because I just wanted them to look into this issue, but it seems like no one is taking it seriously.
